PACIFIC POTASH CORP. COMPLETES DRILLING OF SECOND POTASH WELL ON 100% OWNED PROVOST PROPERTY AND PROVIDES OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Pacific Potash Corp. (TSX-V: PP) has completed drilling on the 10-29-38-1W4M well, located within the company’s 100-per-cent-owned Provost Potash Property. This well is the second to be completed at the 100-per-cent-owned property and is approximately 10 kilometres north of the recently completed 11-29-37-1W4M site. The Provost Potash Property is immediately west of the Alberta-Saskatchewan border, near the community of Provost, Alta.

The second well recently completed at the 100-per-cent-owned Provost Potash Property was drilled and logged to a depth of approximately 1,465 metres.  The Prairie Evaporite Formation, containing the potash-bearing zone, was encountered at a depth of approximately 1330.5 metres.

The first well recently completed at the 100-per-cent-owned Provost Potash Property was drilled and logged to a depth of approximately 1,460 metres. The Prairie Evaporite Formation, containing the main potash-bearing zone, was encountered at a depth of approximately 1,327 metres.

In the first 100%  owned well drilled, drill hole 11-29-37-1W4M, Pacific Potash collected 31 m (1313 to 1342 m) of core from the Prairie Evaporite Formation, which was 108 m in thickness (1327 to 1435 m).

In the second 100% owned well drilled, drill hole 10-29-38-1W4M, Pacific Potash collected 54 m (1305 to 1359 m) of core from the Prairie Evaporite Formation, which was 112.5 m in thickness (1330.5 to 1443 m).

During the next few weeks, all cores from both drill holes will be logged, split, and sampled by Norwest Corporation in Calgary, Alberta. Samples will be forwarded to the Saskatchewan Research Council for analysis. Geochemical results will be released once the company is in receipt of them.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – Nov. 29, 2011) – Kenai Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KAI) (“Kenai”) is pleased to provide a update on drilling at the Sao Chico gold project in north central Brazil. High grade gold assay results have been received from the independent lab for four core holes. Two strongly mineralized gold zones have been encountered from the results of 16 core holes that have now been completed over a strike length of 500 meters, for a total of approximately 2,200 meters so far drilled in the first phase 3,000 meter program. Sulphides have been encountered to a downhole depth so far of 186 meters or 158 vertical meters. Mineralization is open at depth and along strike.

As detailed below, the initial exploration target is for a potential high grade deposit in the range of 1.1 million to 2.2 million tonnes.

Official assays for NI 43-101 reporting purposes have been received from ACME Analytical Laboratories (Chile) S.A. for the first six holes, with additional unofficial preliminary assays received for the seventh hole from the nearby Serabi Mining plc Palito mine assay laboratory. No results have yet been received for subsequent holes, but high interest sulphide bearing core samples from holes 8 to 16 have been submitted to both ACME and Palito, with assays pending.

The assay data now received include the results shown in the table below, showing reasonable correlation between the ACME and Palito assays. The estimated true widths shown have been estimated having regard to the surveyed dip of the vein where intercepted, ranging from about 80° to the south at higher levels, to near vertical at greater depths. All holes are drilled at 55° declination from the horizontal, with an azimuth of approximately 10°.

The drilling plan for the first phase 3000 meter program is shown below. Holes 10 and 12, for which early results are soon expected, and holes 13 and 15, are testing the Highway Zone area, about 500 meters along strike, east south-east of the Waldimiro Drive.

The overall 3000 meter diamond drilling program is scheduled to be completed during December, with an updated NI 43-101 report soon thereafter, assessing initial mineral resources and also metallurgical testwork which is under way at the SGS Lakefield laboratory in Ontario, Canada.

Sao Chico Initial Exploration Target: Potential Size 1

The interpretation of the mineralization is based on the Sao Chico block model shown below, and on information from the nearby Serabi Mining plc Palito high grade, narrow vein underground gold mine2, which is hosted in the same Paruari suite of intrusive granites as Sao Chico.

Mineralization is interpreted to occur as a sub-parallel series of sub-vertical lenticular bodies of quartz and disseminated to massive sulphides, hosted within wider altered granite zones. The potential area for mineralized zones is outlined by the location of over 200 small shallow garimpeiro shafts indicated in the figure above, all of which produced gold historically. This shows an east-west strike length 1,000 meters by 600 meters north-south, within a broader AP12386 exploration licence area of 1,416 Ha.

The mineralization and structural setting appears to be similar to the Palito gold mine, as shown below, where 25 sheet-like structures have been identified, approximately 1200 meters along strike, 800 meters laterally and 250 meters deep, each typically 1.2 to 2 meters in width.

For the conversion of volumes to tonnages, specific gravity estimates have now been completed in duplicate for 18 high grade intercept core samples, with a range of 2.61 to 4.13, for an average of 2.93 or, expressed in bulk density terms, 2.93 tonnes per cubic meter.

To estimate the exploration target potential at Sao Chico, the following parameters have been applied:

The Sao Chico target potential tonnages and grades above are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration for a defined mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the delineation of such a mineral resource.

The project is more completely described in Kenai’s NI 43-101 Technical Report on the project, details of which were contained in Kenai’s news release of January 20, 2011. It has since been filed on SEDAR and on Kenai’s website at http://www.kenairesources.com.

Sao Chico is located within the Tapajos region in Brazil, the site of one of the biggest gold rushes in recent history. In the late 1970′s and 1980s, approximately 500,000 garimpeiros rushed to the region to exploit extensive areas of newly discovered alluvial gold, producing approximately 20-30 million ounces of gold before the easily won alluvial gold deposits were largely depleted. Little modern exploration has been conducted over the region to date.

As previously advised, ASX-listed Gold Anomaly Ltd via its wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary GOAB, until Kenai exercises its options to acquire 50% and then 75% equity in GOAB, holds the Sao Chico mineral rights to the Sao Chico project in consideration for loan funds provided by Kenai for activities to date at Sao Chico. The options expire on September 3rd, 2012.

Edgewater Exploration Ltd. (“Edgewater” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce results from the ongoing drilling programme at the Company’s, Enchi Gold Project (“Enchi or the Project”) in Ghana. Phase I drilling at the Boin, Sewum and Nyam projects have been completed and confirmed the continuity of mineralization between previous drill holes. Phase II drilling has commenced at Boin and Nyam and is focused on increasing the size of the known gold zones by testing the mineralized zones at depth and along strike. Highlights from the Phase I drilling at Sewum gold zone include: 0.53 g/t gold over 81.0 metres, including 1.15 g/t gold over 9.0 metres (SWDDH051), 0.67 g/t gold over 32 metres, including 1.10 g/t gold over 8.0 metres (SWDDH061) and 0.65 g/t gold over 27.0 metres, including 2.05 g/t gold over 8.0 metres (SWDDH062).

A 5.0 km2 gold-in-soil anomaly overlaps the Sewum zone of which less than half has been drill tested and only at very shallow depths. We now have a very good interpretation of the different gold zones at Enchi and our Phase II drilling is currently concentrating on defining gold zone extension continuity both along strike and down dip. We are on track to produce our maiden Enchi gold resource in Q1, 2011.”

SEWUM GOLD ZONE

The Phase I drill programme consisted of seventy holes totalling 9878m and initially targeted steeply dipping shears hosted in carbonaceous sediments at the southern end of the Sewum Shear Zone. The latter part of Phase I drilling was focused on a 500 m wide 3 km long steeply dipping dolerite intrusive located within the 7.0 km x 1.5 km Sewum gold-in-soil anomaly. Drilling showed that the intrusive has a complex irregular contact composed of mineralized breccia, shears and stockworks developed both within the intrusive and the adjacent host sediments. Phase I drilling identified three consistently mineralized gold zones that partially overlap.

Follow-up Phase II drilling is planned at Sewum to continue testing the zones of mineralization once the assay results for the final 10 holes have been received. Based on the open ended nature of the intercepts to date, the interpretation of the orientation of the zone, as well as additional geological, geochemical and geophysical data Edgewater’s geologist consider the Phase II drilling to have an excellent chance at increasing the size of the known gold zones at Sewum.

BOIN GOLD ZONE PHASE II DRILLING

The Boin Gold Zone is host to gold intercepts over a known strike length in excess of 10 km identified by previous RC and RAB drilling. Gold mineralization at Boin is localised in the hanging wall of a west dipping thrust fault that branches off the prolific Bibiani Shear Zone.

Phase I drilling at Boin was focused on shallow (less than 75 m vertical depth) drilling focused at confirming continuity between pre-existing drilling completed by previous operators. Edgewater succeeded in Phase I drilling, highlight drilling results included; 1.72 g/t gold over 24 m, (see news release April 12, 2011) 1.58 g/t gold over 24 m, 1.41 g/t over 34 m, 1.42 g/t gold over 24 m and 1.39 g/t gold over 22 m, (news release May 04, 2011).

In September Phase II deeper drilling commenced and 25 holes totalling 4115 m have been completed to date. The drilling is aimed at extending the zone of continuous gold mineralization at Boin by testing “down-plunge” gold mineralized shoots projected from better grade zones drilled near surface as well as testing the mineralized zone along strike. Significant widths of quartz veining that typically host the gold mineralisation at Boin have been logged in most drill core collected to date from the deep drilling. Assays for holes drilled during Phase II have not yet been received. Based on the results of these drill programs a maiden NI 43-101 resource statement for Boin is expected to be prepared by early 2012.

NYAM GOLD ZONE

A second phase of combined diamond and RC drilling aimed at expanding the known resources by testing the mineralised structure along strike and at depth has commenced at the Nyam Gold Zone. Holes drilled 400 m SW and along strike of Phase I drilling have intersected broad zones of altered and brecciated sediment typical of the mineralisation found at Nyam extending the known length of the Nyam zone to a cumulative length of over 2.0 km. It is anticipated that the results of these drill programmes will allow the preparation of an NI 43-101 resource statement for Nyam early 2012.

The Nyam Zone lies along a regional scale structure (Nyambekyere Shear Zone) that can be traced for greater than 15.0 km to the south of Nyam. Numerous gold prospects lie along this structure including the Kwakyekrom gold zone.

In October a RC drill rig replaced one of the three diamond rigs on site at Enchi to speed up the drill programme and minimize costs. To date 23,462 m (195 drill holes) of a 38,000 m programme contracted for 2011 have been completed

Sample analyses have been conducted at independent commercial facilities SGS Labs in Tarkwa Ghana. All sample analyses was completed using industry standard geochemical and fire assay practices and included a rigorous Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) program consisting of the insertion of standards, blanks and duplicate samples randomly into the sample stream. A review of the QA/QC results shows no significant bias and all results are considered highly reliable.

Our business plan is to build plants that will process low quality logs and fiber typically left in the feild, and turn then into torrefied wood pellets. We believe that our plants will be the first of their kind in Canada. We have completed the design and preliminary engineering work for the building of our torrefied wood pellet plants. The torrefied wood pellets will be sold to power producers in Europe looking for a cleaner fuel to replace coal. We have held discussions with power producers regarding the purchase of our torrefied wood pellets. So far we have not signed any definitive agreements with any power producers, and there are no assurances any definitive agreements will be signed.

We plan to produce one million tons of torrefied wood pellets per year, from up to four plants that we propose to build in various locations in British Columbia, Canada. British Columbia has an extensive timber industry and we believe the the waste products from this industry will be sufficient to provide our operations with a steady supply of fuel.
